Mas has more than 20 years experience in Insurance and Takaful industry, expert in family takaful business distribution; setting-up until the final delivery of Distribution systems, Products and Structures.

Prior to joining the team, Mas was the Chief Agency Officer in FWD Takaful Berhad. He was the pioneer team to bring in FWD Group into Malaysia and setup FWD Takaful Berhad.

Haikal Idris

Director & Partner

Haikal has broad experience in insurance and takaful industry covering front office (Sales & Distribution) and middle office functions (Strategy, Initiatives, Sales Support and Regulatory Fulfillment).

Prior to joining the team, Haikal was the Director of Agency Distribution in FWD Takaful Berhad. He was the pioneer team to bring in FWD Group into Malaysia and setup FWD Takaful Berhad.

Hirman Sharifuddin

Hirman has comprehensive experience in learning development; Training Needs Analysis, Training Roadmap, Training Outline & Modules and Training Delivery.

Prior to joining the team, Hirman was the Business Development Manager in MCIS SANLAM.

Diyana has extensive experience in Agency Management & Agency Strategy. Experienced in setting up Agency Management Framework in new start up Takaful Company in 2008.

Prior to joining the team, Diyana was in charge of Agency Strategy & Performance in AIA Berhad.
